These popular women don’t just talk the talk, they walk the walk too. Each of these women has been extremely vocal in one way or another about their passion for healthy living. Take a second to see what they are doing to contribute to a healthier society:
Kate Hudson
“One of the reasons I love this company is that we are trying to make something affordable that could reach a demographic that don’t necessarily have the means to go to a personal trainer every day, and to motivate people to just feel good in themselves. I think that all starts with being active.” – Kate Hudson
She is the co-founder of Fabletics, a fabulous collection of workout clothing and gear for both women and men. One of the cool parts about her workout line is that it helps each individual find what gear is right for them taking into consideration each person’s body type, favorite colors, typical workout routines and more. Check out Fabletics TV for more workout inspiration.
Beyonc
Let’s face it, Beyoncé doesn’t have to do much to inspire us. Her ability to perform lengthy, rigorous routines while looking flawless is inspiration enough for us all. But regardless, she still goes above and beyond to show her dedication to fitness. From small things like her frequent workout Instagram posts to bigger things like her Move Your Body Video, Beyoncé is definitely dedicated to helping others feel inspired to workout.
Michelle Obama
“Exercise is really important to me – it’s therapeutic. So if I’m ever feeling tense or stressed or like I’m about to have a meltdown, I’ll put on my iPod and head to the gym or out on a bike ride along Lake Michigan with the girls.” – Michelle Obama
If anyone is passionate about healthy living, it’s our FLOTUS, Michelle Obama. The First Lady has spent a great deal of her time in The White House encouraging healthy eating and exercise with her Let’s Move Campaign. My favorite thing about Michelle Obama is that she’s not a hands-off kind of person. She is heavily involved in Let’s Move and it’s not a rare sight to see her working out or grooving to some music in the name of health.
Carrie Underwood
” I created Calia to make it easier for me and all other women to work on working out.” – Carrie Underwood
Carrie Underwood is more than just our favorite Country singer, she’s a huge advocate for fitness too. Carrie Underwood’s fitness line CALIA , make sure that you “never have to sacrifice fashion for function, or your lifestyle for your workout.” Check out more of her phenomenal collection here.
Tia Mowry
