MFITNESS implements a very strategic (flexibility/strengthening) program to ensure you life is not only about looking good but also about feeling good and being happy. At MFITNESS, we help eliminate what foods you should and shouldn’t eat and help establish a nutrition plan that will work best for you. The main objective in terms of nutrition is to find what foods in what ratios works best for your body to help achieve maximal long lasting results without having consistent cravings for sugar salt or fat!

NUTRITIONAL CONSULTING

This is where we really dive into your daily life and figure out what type of diet is going to be best for you. We will ask you a number of questions to better understand your goals and what you want to accomplish so we can tailor a nutrition program that’s right for you. It will cover what to eat before and after a workout and what foods to completely avoid.

There is so much confusion & contradiction about nutrition out there today that it can be overwhelming. Healthy eating starts by first learning new ways to eat, such as adding more fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and cutting back on foods that have a lot of fat, salt and sugar. A change to healthier eating also includes learning about balance, variety, and moderation.

KEYS TO NUTRITIONAL SUCCESS

1. Be Adventurous

Choose different foods in each food group. For example, don’t reach for an apple every time you choose a fruit. Eating a variety of foods each day will help you get all the nutrients you need.

2. Practice Moderation

Don’t have too much or too little of one thing. All foods, if eaten in moderation, can be part of healthy eating. Even sweets can be okay.
