Personal training is an opportunity to work one-on-one with a qualified fitness specialist, in order to help you not only learn how to exercise properly to reach your goals, but also gain foundational knowledge that will help you understand how your body operates.

You will receive a program that has been individually created to suit your wellness level and your fitness goals. Personal trainer, Mike Salcido has the background, knowledge, and experience that is essential for designing a program that will work for you.   Combined with a personal commitment from you, personal training will:

  • Help you train safely and effectively
  • Provide encouragement and motivation
  • Help you set & achieve your goals
  • Congratulate you on your accomplishments
  • Provide new program/training ideas
  • General fitness questions

The effects of personal training will vary according to each individual. Results depend upon personal application, realistic goals, and a commitment to the program.

MFITNESS Programs

MOVE

4-Session Intro Package
Also known as the ‘Introductory training’, this program will get the blood pumping, provide a boost in energy and start building fitness blocks for long-term exercise adherence.

MEASURE

12-Session Package
By creating regular movement in our lives, we learn to live in and through our bodies. With the ‘Measure’ Program, you will gain a full range of movement and achieve that fitness goal you are seeking a bit quicker.

MASTER

36-Session Package
Designed for individuals that has some serious fitness goals that are going to take more time to get there…but fear not, we will get you there & you will MASTER IT! Train with us 3-4 times a week, and you will be a whole new you in 12 weeks. Includes personalized Nutrition Plan and Online Coaching.

Personalized Training Programs

First Training Session

Following a review of your medical and fitness history, a fitness assessment is completed covering all of the health related components of fitness:

  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance

Future Training Sessions

Future sessions will be one-hour in length where individualized goals are established and a personalized program is designed and may include:

  • Weight and/or resistance training
  • Abdominal/core strength training
  • Flexibility/stretching exercises
  • Interval training
  • Circuit training

InBody Body Composition

Every month, we scan your body composition using InBody to monitor your progress. It goes beyond traditional body composition analysis measuring fat, muscle and total body water. Total body water data can be divided into intracellular water and extracellular water, values important for understand a user’s fluid distribution in medical, wellness and fitness contexts.

How long will the sessions be?

Sessions depend on what your fitness goals are, but MFITNESS offers both 30-minute sessions or 55-minute sessions.

55-Minute Sessions

MFITNESS will specifically create workouts for your fitness goals and lifestyle. With plenty of alternate exercises our 55-minute sessions, will not only built a strong foundation but also allow me to trigger certain muscles and spend a little more time.

30-Minute Sessions

We know how busy you are—and we know how tough it is to make your diet and fitness goals an ongoing priority, especially if you are short on time. That’s why we offer a quick 30-minute kickass workout that will speed up your metabolism as well as build lean muscle.

What kind of exercises will I be doing?

Each program is individualized according to your fitness level.

Can I use the facility while I'm not with the trainer?

You can use the Facility for cardio only.

Can I bring my friends or family member along?

Yes, I welcome friends and family and offer 1 complimentary session.

Can I add Online Coaching to my program?

Yes you can for an additional fee of $100.

What happens after my program ends?

You can choose to sign up again or have the option of online training.

How many days a week do I train?

Ideally, 2-3 times a week is what is recommended to fully get quicker results but you are free to structure your training days to accommodate to your schedule.

What are your operating times?

The Facility is opened at 6am-9pm daily.

How do I schedule a training session?

You can request a session on my website here or email me.

Can I add the Nutritional Program to my program?

Yes, you can add it for an additional fee of $100 – $180 depending on the requirements of your program.

Can I cancel the program after I start?

No, there is no cancellations or refunds.
