MFITNESS offers more than just a one-on-one session to embody a healthy journey. Along with training, unique programs are designed individually for each client to provide long-lasting results. Packages, as well as Single sessions, are offered.


MFITNESS offers Private Small Group training of up to four people. Just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you can’t fit fitness into your life. Training in small groups provides motivation, accountability, and competitiveness all comprising of a 55-minute workout that is fun, intense & will have you be asking for more.


Exercise alone cannot make you healthy; diet and nutrition actually play a bigger role. Mike will work with you to create a comprehensive Nutrition Meal Plan to meet your goals.


MFITNESS provides Online Fitness Training available whenever you need support. From the moment you sign up, you have direct contact via email or mobile with Mike. Customized exercises, with videos to show you how to do exercises properly as well as a nutritional program that is designed specifically for you.
